Testing
Testing is composed into two phases, cardiovascular and weight related. The aim of initial testing is to display significant physiological change over the course of 12 weeks.
Tummy Measurement
The waist circumference measurement is done in collaboration with overall body weight measuring, This is used to not only indicate Type 2 diabetes risk but can also reflect progress when overall weight begins to stagnate.
PT Support
The lose lbs in 12 is twelve PT sessions phased over 12 weeks in which focuses on the implementing healthy lifestyle change, reducing weight and improving physiological performance.
Evaluating Diet
Aftercare Fitness focuses on long term change therefore both intake requirement and food choices are done in collaboration with existing habits, affordability and the overall weight related goal.
Independent Exercise
The goal of our weight loss program is to become self sustainable in managing overall weight and dietary habits.
